This is a coed project, so our ladies are welcome to be part of this great experience, The cost for participation in this project will be $120.00 per person. It will be due by Feb 1st. (just make check payable to: Carpenters for CHRIST and mail them to: Cherry St. Baptist Church, 520 Cleveland Ave. Attalla, AL. 35954 attn. Dave Tidwell.)

Each person is responsible for any personal medication that he might need. We are allowed only to supply first aid supplies.

Each man needs to have his own medical/hospital insurance. Please be sure to have your identification card with you.

Be sure to fill out a personal information and registration form (click here for printable form) for each participant and return it with your check.
